There will be questions that make you think, somatic experiments if you choose, and reflections that help you go deeper inside your felt experience. We will honor the present concerns and discover together what is worrying you most right now.

Beneath the anxiety, sensory overload, and new relational patterns is a story. We follow that thread story with curiosity, tracing the thread from where you are now back to where it began.
